The spot has a great location - direct access to the slopes from the hotel is a great convenience. The place itself is cozy, rooms & bathroom were clean. Well-equipped kitchen. Overall the positive experience!

Bra boende med allt. Nära Åre C och väldigt nära till backen. Det som drog ned betyget var att det inte respekterade att det skulle vara tyst efter 22.00. Lägenheten ovan oss hade fest sista natten, mycket lyhört.

Good value for money. Responsive host, though one should expect ‘hotel’ atmosphere in the room/studio and the building as well. Parking is not too convenient, and expensive if you want to park at the address. Great ski in and ski out opportunities and close to the centre. We would recommend.
House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
