Mycket trevlig värd, bra kommunikation och tydliga instruktioner, jag kom med mycket frågor som besvarade snabbt och tydligt. Skulle starkt rekommendera Pontus som värd, när vi kommer tillbaka väljer vi Pontus alla dagar i veckan.

En mysig, något sliten, lägenhet perfekt för oss fyra. Nära till liften utanför med ok skidförvaring i huset.
Kommer till Åre igen och letar upp boendet från Pontus. Han var snabb att svara på frågor.

Vi nød en skiferie med vores 2 drenge på 10 og 13 , og lejligheden var helt perfekt - særligt til prisen.
Alt var rent, nemt og fuldstændig som forventet.
Stor anbefaling herfra.

Väldigt fin lägenhet med ett ännu finare läge, samt en vänlig, behjälplig och snabbsvarande värd. Väldigt smidig entré samt användbara tillgångar i huset, t.ex. ski-in/ ski-out möjligheten. Grannskapet och huset var i princip knäpptyst runt hela dygnet för lugna kvällar hemma men samtidigt gång avstånd från centrala Åre för underhållande utekvällar.
Det ända som varit lite av en utmaning var bristen på servis och kök utrustning, t.ex. brödrost och porslin. Absolut inget som var ohanterligt men att säga att köket är ”väll utrustat” är kanske lite av en stretch. Annars finns det inget annat än bra saker att säga om lägenheten!

House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
