The appartment is comfortable, with a nice view and well equipped. The communication with Kim was good and he managed to find some solutions to our challenges like bedsheet missing and the possibility to let the luggage till beginning of afternoon the last day.
To reach the first slope is more than 10 min walk. To reach the city center is 25 min walk. So it’s not the best location if you have not a car. Then, thé insonorisation is not good, you can hear everything from the apartment above this one (walk and water falling), especially early morning… finally the WiFi is not working very well, the box is not in the apartment.

Majoittuminen sujui hienosti sisäänkirjautumisesta lähtien. Maisemat ja paikka on upea, mutta ehkä hieman kaukana rinteeseen kävelyyn monoilla. Kaikki toimi ja yleissiisteys oli hyvä. Keittiössä kokkailtiin viitenä iltana ja varustetaso oli riittävä.
Kaiken kaikkiaan mahtava viikon hiihtoloma kompaktissa ja siistissä asunnossa. Juurin sopiva kahdelle aikuiselle ja kahdelle teinipojalle. Tilaa juuri ja juuri tarpeeksi meidän tarpeisiimme. Näkymät Åren kylään olivat hienot!

Wohnung ist schön. Der Ausblick toll. Zum Skilift fanden wir etwas zu weit (500m).
Bei der Ankunft wussten wir erst nicht, ob die Wohnung schon fertig vorbereitet war. Auf dem Sofa lagen Kissen und Decken ganz durcheinander und eine Blume stand irgendwie auf dem Tisch herum.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt auch einen Toaster, Spülmaschine....
In den Schlafräumen gibt es wenig Stauraum für Kleidung. Gut waren die vielen Kleiderhaken an Wände und Türen.
Die Sauna hat uns sehr gut gefallen, leider gibt es keine zusätzlichen Handtücher zur Benutzung. Ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch wird pro Person zur Verfügung gestellt.
Für uns 3 Erwachsene war die Wohnung gut. Für 5 Erwachsene mit Gepäck, glaube ich, zu klein.
Wem es nicht stört 500 m zum Skilift zu gehen und dort noch eine Treppe zu begehen, ist die Wohnung schön. Einen Sommerurlaub könnte ich mir in der Wohnung auch sehr gut vorstellen. Die Kommunikation ging immer sehr schnell.

House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
