Kim was a friendly host with fast responses and great english.
Place was bigger than expected and for that price, its a steal! Living room was big, kitchen was extremely well equiped. Also great location with beautiful view and quiet neighbours.
Only downside was small sauna.

Varsin mukava ja moderni huoneisto. Sijaitsee ihanteellisesti rinteiden vierellä. Tätä voi mielihyvin suositella kriittisellekin majoittujalle.

Everything you need for a perfect for alpine skiing / snowboarding holiday: Spacious, cozy and very practical holiday flat on the ground floor of a modern development. Everything is new & modern, the kitchen is particularly well-equipped and the sauna a nice plus. You can put on and off your skis literally at the door step and ski down to the lifts. Nordic skiing is around 1.5km from the place, and you also need a car to get to shopping, restaurants, etc.

- It is not allowed to dry clothes in the sauna.
-It is not allowed to dry clothes in the sauna
-Follow the instructions when heating the stove, remember to clean / empty it before leaving.
- Follow instructions when using the fireplace, remember to empty the fire place before you leave
- There is a marble worktop in the kitchen that we ask you to take care of with consideration, e.g. wipe off quickly if there are stains , be mindful of not getting chemicals or things such as citrus fruits, fat, wine or beer on it.
- Quiet hours 22:00 - 08:00
- Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
- No smoking
- No parties
- The fire alarm in this apartment is very sensitive. Please note that triggering a false alarm will be followed by a penalty cost
from the Swedish fire department.
Please take the following precautions during your stay :
1.When showering, keep the bathroom door close to not let the steam out
from the bathroom.
2. When cooking, always make sure to have the ventilation system active.
