Beautiful apartment in nice area. Easy to go out for sightseeing. Host is responsive. We had a good stay in family.

We had a very pleasant stay in Stockholm, a magnificent city that we explored extensively: Gamla Stan, Vasamuseet, Abba Museum ... and used the bus, metro, tram and boat!
We also visited Sigtuna, magnificent.
We really appreciated the rental, which was very pleasant to live in and comfortable, very well equipped, and very well located.
What could be improved, however:
We would have liked to find a little documentation explaining the situation in relation to the environment (map and shops around), how the parking works, how to use the hob, the oven ...
The respect of the time of making the rental available. The cleaning lady arrived at the same time as us, conscientiously cleaned ... until 4:15 p.m.
Beyond these points, we are fully satisfied with the rental and the stay.
We will keep an excellent memory of our stay in Stockholm.

We enjoyed the appartment for a week with the three of us. It is a lovely quiet street close to the city centre. The appartment is very beautiful and has everything you need! Love to come back!

Beautiful apartment close to the city centre. Had everything you could need for a city stay. For being in the middle of a capital city and only a 15 minute walk from central station the area is very peaceful and quiet. Host is very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again for sure.

L'appartement est paisible, très confortable et joliment décoré. Il est situé prés d'un joli parc et à 500m d'un hypermarché. Le centre ville est facilement accessible à pieds. Mais si vous ne souhaitez pas marcher, bus, métro, train sont tous à proximité.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
