Vi hade en underbar vistelse på Andreas plats. Vi bodde i 3 hela dagar och blev mycket nöjda med hur väl anslutet platsen är. Enkel åtkomst till tunnelbanestationen och busstationen, och väldigt nära Cityterminalen för alla andra resor du kan behöva eller vilja göra. Området är mycket fridfullt och vi promenerade så mycket att det kändes som att vara i en park eller på en promenadstråk. Lägenheten är väldigt charmig och mysig, och utsikten från balkongen är helt fantastisk, både vid solnedgång och soluppgång. Allt motsvarade bilderna, sängen var extremt avkopplande så att vi fick en riktigt god sömn, och soffan erbjöd ett litet mysigt utrymme där jag och min partner kunde läsa och prata efter en lång dag med sightseeing. Mycket nära hittade vi ett ställe där vi kunde ta en fika, samt några mataffärer för enkel åtkomst till livsmedel. Sammanfattningsvis rekommenderar jag Andreas plats av hela mitt hjärta och hoppas att även du får uppleva den underbara vistelse som vi hade.

Andreas ställe var fantastiskt! Lugnt nog för två med en enkel promenad till en lokal livsmedelsbutik eller busshållplats och utsikten från balkongen var underbar. Det enda negativa var att grannarna var väldigt högljudda under en period av min 3-veckors vistelse, men Andrea var lyhörd och problemet åtgärdades omedelbart. Rekommenderas!

L’appartamento è molto accogliente e curato. Il punto forte è sicuramente la vista, meravigliosa! Gli spazi sono ben distribuiti e c’è tutto il necessario. Unico appunto al bagno (un po’ troppo minimal) e al letto, non molto confortevole. Lo consiglio per chi volesse trascorrere qualche giorno a Stoccolma in un quartiere residenziale e tranquillo.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
