Nice apt . Maybe over priced. I had an allergy to something in the space. Something to do with the old building i think. Overall the handling of the communication was good as long as I was going through the business funnel meat grinder , but when I had specific request that could not be fulfilled it was not handled gracefully and the remote worker they have managing the communications has definitely been instructed to stick to script which makes it lack the wholesomeness of many other more personal Airbnb experiences.

Ren och fräsch lägenhet i bästa läge och bra support från ägaren . Duschen är fantastisk, men trycket går inte att reglera och om man inte är försiktig blir hela badrumsgolvet vått. Lägenheten kan bli ganska varm och om man måste ha fönsterna öppna får man vara beredd på en del ljud på kvällen från gäster på serveringar nere på gatan, speciellt på helgerna.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
