Mycket fin vistelse med en underbar utsikt. Fem minuter från tågstationen och ett område som verkligen imponerar. Detta Airbnb rekommenderas varmt.

Mycket stort lägenhet, oerhört rent med en mycket fin utsikt. Tyvärr uppstod ett problem med att duschområdet översvämmades och det var inte möjligt att använda den gemensamma tvättmaskinen (registreringslänken fungerade inte). Dessutom upplevdes värdens hantering som väldigt försiktig, särskilt den ovanliga registreringsproceduren, vilket var lite besvärligt.

Enda positiva med platsen är dess belägenhet, men vistelsen motsvarade tyvärr inte förväntningarna. Vid ankomsten märkte jag att boendet inte riktigt levde upp till de hemtrevliga bilderna online. Rummet kändes mindre välmöblerat än vad bilderna antydde. Dessutom var endast en säng ordnad för två personer, vilket gjorde att jag fick leta efter en extra filt för att kunna sova ordentligt, medan min vän fick använda soffan. Det kan vara värt att notera att sängkläderna verkar vara anpassade för en enkel dubbelsäng. Fönstren släpper in en hel del kall luft. Avgifterna för extra städning samt de angivna in- och utcheckningstiderna kändes något betungande – jag var tvungen att boka en extra dag i förväg för att kunna checka in tidigare, vilket kostade ungefär lika mycket som en tvåtimmars tidig incheckning. Jag har tidigare bott på många olika ställen utan problem, men denna vistelse motsvarade inte mina tidigare erfarenheter. Baserat på min vistelse skulle jag rekommendera att överväga andra alternativ, exempelvis hotell, för en mer smidig upplevelse.

Perfect accommodation with great location proximity to the nearest metro station and the city. Very fair and professional host. 100% recommend and will definitely be back again. Many thanks Andreas!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
