fantastic accommodation for a ski holidays! the building is connected to the slopes, offering ski in option, which in turn gives you access to the whole infrastructure of Åre ski resort. At the same time it is walking distance from many restaurants, town center and shopping. those who don't wish to walk can use a trolley that goes up from the main square and stops few minutes away from the accomodation.Apartment itself was exactly as described. modern, with a lot of small touches that give it a home like feel. the kitchen is well equipped, giving you the freedom to prepare whatever meals you wish. Bathroom is large and clean, with the amenities mentioned provided. Bedrooms are also exactly as on the pictures, with one double bed amd a smaller one with bunk beds. There is also a pull out couch in living room.It is my second time staying in this building, and with this host, and I highly recommend both. Great place to stay in Åre.

The booking was a bit unusual as the host requested all guests' social media accounts (FB or Instagram). Otherwise, everything was satisfactory, although having a drying cupboard for ski clothes would have been appreciated.

This is my first negative review in 70+ Airbnb stays.I booked a 9-night stay there for 13kSEK (1300 USD), 3 nights of which I stayed with a friend, then one night alone, and then 5 with my girlfriend. I booked the stay for two guests as we were 1-2 people per night. Upon arrival, I was charged an extra 300 kr times 9 nights for a 3rd guest (2.7kSEK, 270 USD).I asked for an exception since I stayed here already 6 times, this was a 13kSEK booking and I intended to return again in the future.Had I known this, I would have just booked this place in two stays, 4+5 nights, which they did not offer.There were 6-8 people in the apartment next to ours (same size, 4 people max): I imagine they didn't pay for 8 guest.Yet they showed no flexibility: I had to pay the extra fee.This is also a stay that takes a lot of your time, from accessing the apartment using an app that works poorly, requiring many messages with tech support, to a long list of check-out tasks.Look elsewhere.

Perfect apartment for up to 4 people. It's very close to the slopes and about a 15-minute walk to Åre By. The booking process, however, was quite cumbersome, as you had to fill in your details multiple times—both in the chat and on a separate website. Communicating with the host was somewhat challenging due to a mix of automated responses and odd translations, though he was helpful when questions arose.

House rules
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Additional identification and information may be requested upon booking.
3. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
8. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
9. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
10. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
