Lägenheten motsvarade annonsen. Nära tunnelbanan. Väldigt fin, öppen utsikt. Endast nyckelboxen var lite besvärlig vid ankomsten…

Lägenheten var okej och utsikten var verkligen fantastisk. Tyvärr höll duschhuvudet inte fast på väggen, vilket gjorde att vi var tvungna att hålla i det under hela duschen. Vi kunde inte heller låsa dörrarna till toaletten och badrummet. Det största problemet var dock att jag dagen innan ankomsten fick detta meddelande: "För att säkerställa att ni trivs under er vistelse och för att ta hand om vårt boende vill vi göra det klart att våra grannar är mycket känsliga för buller, och det finns en möjlighet att alla framtida uthyrningar kan blockeras om det blir för mycket oväsen. För att upprätthålla en lugn miljö har vi installerat direkta ljuddetekterare i lägenheten, vilka är direkt uppkopplade till ett säkerhetsföretag. Observera att varje överträdelse av denna regel kan medföra att er vistelse omedelbart avslutas utan återbetalning." Meddelandet kom väldigt sent, vilket fick oss att känna att vi inte hade något annat val än att acceptera. Ljuddetektorerna gjorde oss lite oroliga.

Lägenheten var fantastisk och Andreas var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam, han besvarade alla frågor. Lägenheten stämmer överens med bilderna och utsikten är helt otrolig.

Mycket trevlig lägenhet, nära stadens centrum med goda kommunikationsmöjligheter. Lägenheten motsvarar beskrivningen, värden är kommunikativ och trevlig, och platsen är prisvärd. Rekommenderas varmt.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
