Asunto oli tilava mutta ei valitettavasti vastannut odotuksiamme ja hintalaatusuhde eivät oikein kohdanneet. Huonekalut olivat uudet mutta pinnat, kylpyhuone ja WC kaipaisivat päivitystä. Kylpyhuoneen suihku kaapista puuttui ovi joten lattia oli joka suihkun jälkeen märkä. Asunto ei tuntunut kovin raikkaalta. Yläkerrassa oli juhlat klo viiteen asti aamulla joten emme nukkuneet kovin hyvin la-su vastaisena yönä. Näköala oli mikä mahtavin ja alue oli muuten rauhallinen. Sijainti on aika lähellä metroasemaa. Meillä oli näistä asioista huolimatta oikein mukava viikonloppu Tukholmassa.

It was a good match of proximity to the city and the sea. We loved the hiking tracks on the seaside. The apartmant was spacious, the house is not new however everything is repaired well, and the old style can give a good atmosphere to the flat. Andreas was friendly everything went easy with him. I can recomend this flat.

- Photos are misleading. While there is new furniture, kitchen & bathrooms desperately need a makeover.
-As many reviews have mentioned, the shower doesn't have a door. Taking a shower sets the bathroom under water.
- We had booked the flat for 5 people, but only 4 beds were prepared. Although we immediately contacted the host, it took them two days to provide the missing sheets.
- Chairs in the living room had loose screws so that we couldn't use them. Reported that to the host, too, and were provided a screwdriver set, none of which fit the screws... Ended up only using the kitchen table and chairs.
- fire detector, that, according to another review must have fallen off months ago, was still not back in place.
- 2.5 toilet paper rolls for 5 people for 9 days.
- Kitchen has 13 wine glasses, but only 5 normal glasses, 4 muesli bowls... (flat is rented out to up to 8 people).
Unfortunately we cannot recommend the place.

The apartment was amazing for our family of 4. It is very spacious, bedrooms, living room and kitchen are huge. the apartment was spotless clean which was very important for us with a crawling baby. The balcony has a direct view over the water and was very cozy to sit on. It is also in walking distance to the subway, supermarket and restaurants. The city is just a few subway stations away. The host was very responsive.
Only the bathrooms are quite old and could use a renovation. Floors and shower stall show the age. The shower stall misses a door and the holder for the shower head doesn't hold the head up anymore. But despite age, everything was very clean.
Also note that you need to take 10-15 steps to enter the building. Also the elevator is quite small such that it couldn't fit our stroller. Being on the third floor meant a lot of carrying for us with two kids and a stroller.
Nevertheless, we would definitely come again for the space, cleanliness and location of the apartment.

Die Wohnung ist gross und geräumig. Es hat alles was man benötigt für einen Wochenaufenthalt. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine schöne Aussicht aufs Wasser. Der Bus zum Bahnhof/ Zentrum fährt 2 Minuten von der Wohnung weg. Wenn man einkaufen geht am besten am Bahnhof.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
