Fantastic apartment with a wonderful atmosphere. Beautifully and functionally furnished. Clean and tidy, well-equipped, and best of all we slept incredibly well there. Very peaceful, and just a short walk to attractions, restaurants, and shops.

My husband, 2 adults sons and I enjoyed our stay at Olof’s place. He gave us good instructions and easy check in. We had an issue with the tv remote and he got it fixed very quickly for us.
The house was in a fantastic location in the old town. We walked to many restaurants and shops, did a walking tour. Easy access to tram, bus and train. We enjoyed having a Jura coffee machine at our disposal. The place itself was clean, eclectic with fun artwork, workout room. Bedrooms were small but worked well. The bathroom was large with heated floors. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and we would enjoy the chance to go back again.

Fantastic location! Place is very historic and cute. Stairways are narrow and doorways are low. Kitchen is very well stocked. We had a wonderful stay.

Highly recommend this apartment. Lovely unique decor. There were five of us and our young adult son slept on the comfortable pull out sofa. The coffee maker is no joke. We had a fabulous vacation and walked everywhere or easily took public transportation .

Olof’s apartment is absolutely delightful! The five of us stayed there and had more than enough space. Everything you need is provided, and the kitchen is very well equipped. There’s a coffee machine, which feels like real luxury! A special thank you for that! The location couldn’t be better – right in the cozy, charming old town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book there again immediately.
House rules
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
