Fredrick’s place was clean and good. Missing a toaster and extra pillows and face cloths would have been nice.
Nice neighborhood but, dogs barking every morning very early and twice yelling from people outside that were fighting. All in all good, but some sleepless nights. New clean and good location to subway. Spent 6 days here. Next time will stay elsewhere to try new neighborhood. Hopefully quieter.

We had a good and convenient stay at the apartment. The interior is very modern and stylish and the location is good connected to the metro stations.
Fredrik supported us with proactiv guides and recommendations for the area and our time in Stockholm.
The kitchen equipment could be better for three persons.

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage und ist sehr gut angebunden. Gute Restaurants und Cafés sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, alles Notwendige vorhanden.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
