El departamento está limpio, la ubicación es buena y muy tranquila, puedes llegar al metro en 5 mins caminando. El baño si tiene mal olor pero me imagino es por lo viejo que está el edificio. No me gustó que tenemos que quitar toallas y ropa de cama me parece innecesario y si no lo haces te cobran. Todo lo demás fue bueno.

Und hat der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung gut gefallen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Kommunikation war sehr zuvorkommend und stets freundlich.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch super. Wir konnten das Auto direkt vor der Tür parken (Bezahlung per App) und mit den Fahrrädern zu den verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten fahren.

Die Wohnung war sehr groß und geräumig, der Ausblick aus dem Balkon war großartig! Die Wohnung war insgesamt mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Allerdings war vor allem die Küche sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Den Geruch im Badezimmer hatten wir leider auch, konnten es aber mit durchspülen mit Wasser zumindest temporär in den Griff kriegen.

Die Unterkunft von Andreas war wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen. Es war alles sauber und die wichtigsten Sachen waren vor Ort.
Die Kommunikation lief sehr gut und Andreas war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. In der Nähe von der Unterkunft ist ein kleiner Laden, bei dem man die wichtigsten Lebensmittel erhalten kann. An der Haltestelle Kristineberg, welche nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt ist, findet man eine größere Auswahl an Lebensmittel.
Die Lage war sehr angenehmen und es war sehr ruhig.
Unser Aufenthalt verlief sehr gut und wir waren zufrieden mit der Wohnung.

The apartment is very practical and very well equipped and its location is very good. Very nice view. Easy to get to the city center with the public transportation. The 2 double beds are very comfortable. We were 5 : the 5th bed is less comfy being a simple sofa. A lot of storage space for your clothes and food.
We confirm the bad smell in the bathroom coming from the shower is a bit annoying.
Overall, we were happy to stay there.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
