Everything was immaculate and as described on the listing.
A superb location to explore the marvelous city that Stockholm is. 10 mns walk (or less) from the best places , plenty of restaurants around, great neighbourhood, simply nothing bad to say about this place.
Just note that it is on the 3rd floor without a lift.
We loved it and would return without any hesitation!

Het appartement is groot en ligt in een mooie wijk, dicht bij restaurants en ov. Het appartement was schoon en rustig. We vonden het echter een ongezellig en ‘leeg” huis. Het kan wat meer decoratie gebruiken. De stoeltjes in de woonkamer ontbraken helaas. De bedden zijn oké, maar het zijn geen tweepersoonsbedden. Het zijn twee aparte bedden in de ene kamer en een smaller bed in de andere. De kookplaat was gebarsten, werkte wel en was, volgens de host, veilig. Hier en daar doet de verlichting het niet of ontbreekt het. De tv in de slaapkamer hangt er wel, maar is niet aangesloten. De communicatie met de host was snel, maar er werden ook veel automatische berichten verstuurd waarin dan weer andere afspraken stonden, zeer verwarrend. Veel berichten vol regels en instructies. We konden eerder inchecken maar daar moesten we extra voor betalen, niet erg klantvriendelijk en gastvrij. Voor de prijs van dit appartement hadden we meer verwacht.

Loved the place and very professional! However late check in and early check out, which is the only reason it’s not getting five stars 🤓 however will be booking this again during our next Stockholm trip

The apartment is very well located and walkable to nice restaurants and coffee. Check in is late: 4pm, and check out too early: 10am. The host offers an extension against a fee which doesn’t feel very welcoming. There is no elevator to the 3rd floor that makes it inconvenient when you’re carrying heavy luggage. The venue is nice and big although would greatly benefit a bit more decoration. I unfortunately had an issue with dirty/absent linen in the main room which unfortunately was not swiftly fixed and handled poorly. The host is fairly responsive but the many automated messages give a strong impersonal character to the conversation especially when they are sent in the middle of an ongoing chat.

Andrea’s apartment was in a great location and easy to get to. The apartment itself was spacious and well maintained and decorated. We had really enjoyed our time there.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
