Elias' place is very nice and located in a beautiful neighbourhood. It's small but ideal for one or two people and well organised. The instructions for check-in and check-out I received from Elias were extremely detailed and clear. I will surely try to rent it again next time I will be in Stockholm.

Unterkunft wie beschrieben, für nicht mehr als 2 Personen geeignet. Da wir im Herbst dort waren ist die Lautstärke okay( Fenster meistens geschlossen)im Sommer hört man die Autobahn sicher ziemlich störend. Die Übergabe so wie Anleitung hat perfekt funktioniert. Danke Elias

Nous avons été satisfait de la pièce principal et de la vue.
En revanche c'est tout, l'endroit n'est pas intéressant, prendre les transports en commun systématiquement pour aller dans le centre.
Le lit était fissuré et grincer beaucoup, la Cafetière était cassé, Elias ne réponds pas c'est des messages robotique pas très pratique et pas très convivial comme expérience Air Bnb.

Hjemmet til Elias er perfekt for en helg i Stockholm. Både sovesofa og vanlig seng fungerte fint. Også en fin liten balkong med plass til to. Det er gangavstand til sentrum, men er et lite stykke. Alt i alt veldig fornøyd. Kan anbefales!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
