Very nice apartment with a good location in the center of Åre. I rented the apartment for my parents-in-law and they were extremely pleased with their stay.

My girlfriend and I spent three days in this apartment, and it was fantastic. The location is very close to the city and within walking distance (though it's an uphill walk back). The view from the balcony is surreal, with chairs and a small table perfect for breakfast or a wine night. Although there's no parking included, there is a convenient parking lot right next to the apartment for 130 SEK/day.
The host provided all the instructions beforehand and was always available if we needed anything, responding extremely quickly (within 10 minutes). The only downside was the door access. The apartment uses an app with NFC technology for the key, and it had some connectivity issues. It took about 5 minutes of holding the phone in front of the door to unlock it, which was a bit annoying when coming and going frequently.
Overall, our experience was great! If we visit Åre again, we will definitely rent this Airbnb. Highly recommend!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
