Bra kommunikation med Fredrik, behjälplig. 😊 Ett praktiskt boende som ligger i ett mysigt kvarter, ett stenkast från Mall or Scandinavia och Friends Arena. Lätt att ta sig. Däremot var lägenheten generellt väldigt ostädad, och internet fungerade inte alls (något vi önskade hade varit ännu tydligare).

Insgesamt war die Unterkunft in Ordnung. Die Anbindung über den Zug war gut um schnell ins Zentrum zu gelangen. Auch der Platz war ausreichend. Schade war, dass trotz bekannter Mängel in anderen Bewertungen, wie z.B. wackelnder Wasserhahn oder unzuverlässiges W-lan keine Änderungen vorgenommen wurden.

Good flat, comfortable beds and crisp linen. Nice shower. Clean flat with a nice style.
This flat is at least 30 mins from anywhere interesting so be prepared to take the metro everywhere which is 10 to 15 min walk from the flat. The internet just doesn’t work at all or at best intermittent so don’t expect the TV to work either.
We always check the amenities before booking and saw there was a hairdryer provided. There wasn’t one in the apartment, however our host provided one just before we left.
We had a wonderful time in Stockholm and we can’t wait to come back to Sweden

Hervorragend vom Flughafen Arlanda aus zu erreichen, auch eine Bahnfahrt nach Uppsala ist unkompliziert. Von der Station Solna aus sind die Innenstadt und umliegende Sehenswürdigkeiten (z.B. Drottningsholm) schnell zu erreichen. Der Check-In hat super funktioniert, auch die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Die Wohnung hat uns für fünf Personen gerade so gereicht. Die von anderen Bewohnern schon beschriebenen kleineren Mängel waren weiterhin vorhanden. Wir konnten uns aber damit arrangieren. Auch im Blick auf das manchmal instabile Internet konnten wir uns mit dem Vermieter einigen.

Vi trivdes väldigt bra i lägenheten. Jättebra läge med gångavstånd till Strawberry Arena och köpcenter. Tydliga och hjälpsamma instruktioner gällande boendet med in- och utcheckning. Vi trivdes väldigt bra!

Op zich een prima appartement. Keuken met voldoende voorzieningen en kookgerei. Badkamer in orde. De bedden vielen helaas tegen. Het bed onder het schuine dak is veel te krap.

1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
