As the owner of the home said he gave us a 5-star review and wanted us to give him 5-star.
Firstly, although the check-in time was 4 pm we arrived at the house at 6 pm. Despite this, apartment had still not been cleaned. When we arrived, cleaner was cleaning the apartment next door. We opened even the door for the cleaner. Since we were tired from the first day of the journey, if he is a prudent merchant, the owner should know these problems are not problems that can be dismissed with an apology.
The bed was both very squeaky and extremely uncomfortable. If you’ve a back problem, I don’t recommend it. The only door in the house, the bathroom door, was extremely squeaky. Greasing the door should not be difficult.
The bathroom shelves were dusty.
If you want to dry your hair while seeing yourself, you have to extend the cables to the mirror in the hallway because there isn’t mirror in the bathroom. In short, the house didn’t compensate our needs except for the lake view.Location is nice.

The apartment was really clean and the communication was easy! The Check-in at 16.00 ist really late especially if you have luggage you need to pay a lot to store it at the train station and also the check out at 10.00 could be a little bit later. The area is really quiet, there is not much to see there but the metro station is not too far away to get to the city centre.

Pros: the apartment offers a lovely view from the window, and the metro and bus stops are just a few minutes away. There is also an elevator. Cons: previous guests’ complaints appear to have been ignored by the host, and the described issues remain unresolved. The TV is still not connected to the antenna, so there are no working channels; the microwave’s control button is broken and cannot be used safely; the lighting still flickers abnormally and is best left off. Guests reported these issues over a year ago, but nothing has been fixed. The host seems unconcerned about maintaining the property or addressing guests’ concerns. Although he promised to resolve the problems, no action was taken. I cannot recommend renting from him. There are ants in the apartment. The sofa is falling apart and is difficult to assemble or disassemble – parts come loose easily. After checkout, he asked three times for a five-star review, claiming he had given us a five-star rating.

Great stay. Some things felt a bit dated. In the photos, a plant and other nice details are shown, which in reality had been removed. The wardrobes were somewhat old-fashioned.

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. It is ideal for families. The area is quiet and well-serviced with public transport. The apartment could be improved by updating the kitchen and bathroom furnishings, which are a bit outdated. Overall, it's a good place to stay.
House rules
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
