tutto molto bene, zona super tranquilla. Casa silenziosa e confortevole. gigantesca tv in sala e cucina attrezzatissima. comunicazioni automatiche ma efficaci, e quando ho fatto qualche domanda, mi ha risposto molto velocemente.

l'appartamento a Solna è pulito e confortevole, in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Molto comodo e veloce (15 minuti) da raggiungere con la metropolitana dal centro di Stoccolma: la fermata è a 5 minuti a piedi da casa. comodo supermercato nelle vicinanze. Per chi arriva in auto, il parcheggio in strada è a pagamento (120 corone al giorno). Il check-in è stato semplice e l'host sempre disponibile in pochissimo tempo. Sia il letto che il divano letto sono molto comodi e la cucina ed il bagno ben forniti; manca solo la macchina per il caffè. Consigliatissimo

Excellent apartment, as advertised. Near transportation to city center and also close to a major supermarket. The apartment is spacious for four persons and well equipped. The host communicates proactively. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable, clean, and spacious apartment in peaceful neighborhood close to transit. Liked the lovely windows and live plants! Plenty of cookware and cooking tools, but no coffee maker. Overall a great place to stay.

Allt bra förutom att städningen inte var utförd när vi kom. Informationen om detta kom bara 45 minuter innan vi anlände och vi hade inte hunnit se denna. Det är stora fläckar på sängbotten och täcken - kan behöva fixas.
Dessutom var det en villa i närheten som hade blivit angripen av en handgranat första natten och det var polis som befann sig i trädgården bredvid när vi skulle gå på morgonen - så denna ställde frågor.
Lite otur - jag förstår det.

Trevlig lägenhet lugn omgivning. Lägenheten var väldigt välutrustad.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
