Boende var bra att bo i för en kort tid, men det hade sina brister, tv finns på bild men fungerar inte. Lägenheten ligger mot bakgård vilket inte nämts i beskrivingen samt ett fönster mot bakgården går inte att låsa det kan vem som helst komma in via fönstern när man inte är hemma. Adreas som värd har stora brister i sitt ansvarstagande. Jag kommer inte att boka lägenhet via airbnb om han är värd för i fortsättningen.

It’s a really great place to stay - nice and quiet neighbourhood close to metro. Shop and restaurants are around the corner. The apartment is clean and bright, has lots of dishes and cutlery for cooking. Bed in the bedroom was really comfortable. The host Andreas responds quickly. Baby cot is not available here so if you are travelling with an infant who does not sleep in parents’ bed, this place may be not suitable. We had our travel baby cot with us. There are also some unusual things like living used linen in the bathroom before checking out and check-out is at 10:00. But as we were informed about everything in time it did not create any problems for us. There are also some things that need to be fixed like curtain rod in the bedroom. Also, there is no TV remote (we managed to use TV without it - watched YouTube). But in general we felt at home and had a great time in Sweden.

Le logement est très bien situé, à proximité de stockholm par le métro. toutefois, je trouve dommage d'afficher des photos avec une télé et de ne pas laisser la télécommande pour qu'elle ne soit pas utilisée.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
