Me ha encantado este apartamento. Muy cómodo, buen diseño, buena iluminación, zona tranquila pero bien comunicada con todo (no más de 15-20 minutos) y el anfitrión estuvo siempre pendiente de dar aclaraciones e información útil.
Muy recomendable. Espero volver pronto! :-)

Sam apartament był naprawdę ładny i przestronny, lecz nie mogę tego powiedzieć o czystości w tym miejscu. Łazienka była brudna (czarne plamy w ubikacji) prysznic żółty i problematyczny z powodu złego odpływu. Proponuje wyprać kanapę w salonie, ponieważ posiada bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach. W kuchni wiele brudnych przypadkowych przedmiotów w szufladach, a brakuje podstawowych. Jeśli oczekujesz zabrania śmieci i ściągania wody z łazienki brudną ściągaczka zadbaj o czystość apartamentu. Byłam w wielu miejscach i nigdy się z tym nie spotkałam. Miejsce mogło być wyjątkowe ale niedbałość o szczegóły i brud pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem.

Fredriks Wohnung ist für einen kurzen (oder längeren) Aufenthalt in Stockholm absolut ausreichend und empfehlenswert.
Von der U-Bahn-Station, die in ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist, ist man in ca. 10 Minuten im Zentrum von Stockholm.
Aber auch in unmittelbarer Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es ein belebtes Viertel mit vielen Bars und Restaurants.
Direkt im Wohnkomplex gibt es einen Supermarkt.
Einzig eine Lichtquelle im Schlafbereich hat uns gefehlt.

Generally the place is as expected and according to description. Tidy, neat, clean , spacious, modern and suitable for couple. I like the 2 storey loft style but it would not be quite suitable for elderly or travellers with young kids. Fredrik was quite responsive to my query as at first there was some confusion on how to retrieve the key and self check-in despite clear instruction. It would be a plus point if we could have met the host at check-in and also give a bit of orientation of the place. The bed is queen side which may be more suitable for couple travellers than friend. Otherwise we quite satisfied with the place and location
House rules
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. I might ask for additional identification and information upon booking
3. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
8. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
9. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
10. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
