Praktisk och fin lägenhet med centralt läge. Tunnelbanan till Stockholm går precis utanför lägenheten, och det är kort väg till butiker och restauranger. Vi promenerade till Strawberry Arena, vilket bara tog 40 minuter. Det rekommenderas att använda Airbnb för kommunikation, även om hyresvärden anger en annan länk där du kan rapportera problem. Vi fick inget svar där, men hyresvärden svarade snabbt på meddelanden via Airbnb. Kort sagt rekommenderas lägenheten. Den fungerade väldigt bra för oss som är en familj med tre tonåringar. Vi hade gott om plats.Det finns dessutom billig parkering i zon E. Vi parkerade precis vid en kyrka i Fagelsången, där parkeringen var gratis under helgen. Det är bara en 10-minuters promenad från lägenheten.

We really enjoyed our time and it was worth the money we paid. A modern apartment with really good amenities and furniture; unfortunately we had a window slightly broken with some air coming inside but the place was so well heated that it did not cause us problems; Andreas was super friendly and was quick to answer our questions. The apartment is also right above the entrance of the metro line and in 10 minutes you reach the center. I really recommend this place for future stays.

we had some issues with the kitchen equipment and light in the kitchen and a not workink light in the small bathroom.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
