We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and comfortable room in Sunderby Centrum. It’s perfect for group or family travel, with a cozy and well-designed space that made us feel right at home. The location is also ideal—just a short walk to public transportation, making it super easy to reach Stockholm city center. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Very pleasant accommodation close to all amenities (there’s a Lidl as well as a supermarket open until 11 pm next to the place, a pharmacy, and plenty of restaurants/fast food options) and right by public transport (metro and tram) that takes you to downtown Stockholm in under 30 minutes. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are a real plus if you’re traveling with others! Thank you for a great stay—we wish we could have stayed longer!

House rules
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
