A few hiccups/ faulty appliances/curtains/toilet BUT overall a good stay as the apartment is Serene and Quiet with Elevator serving the residents.
Also close to trams/train services to city. Enjoyed our stay in Stockholm. Thank you Andreas

**Review:**
I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a very positive experience overall. The location is fantastic—close to the metro, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The house itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and sent clear, polite instructions in a timely manner, making check-in and our entire stay smooth and hassle-free.
While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I would recommend adding more lighting in the room and the bathroom near the kitchen for added comfort. Additionally, it would be great to address the flooding issue in the master bedroom’s bathroom.
Despite these minor concerns, the house was excellent, and I would highly recommend it for future travels. A great choice for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay!

Overall very happy with the stay. great location for using public transport with the metro into city close by. Good having 2 bathrooms for our family of 5. very close to shops such as a great supermarket and food places.
The main issue we had was the internet didn't work, even after resetting the router. we contacted host and suggested resetting but no further help to rectify problem.
The kitchen could benefit from an electric jug and a microwave.

Nice and modern apartment across the street from a metro station, allowing easy transfer into Stockholm's centre. Easily accessible with a keybox, allowing late check-ins too. Clean towels and bedsheets are included.
It was however pretty strange that they required links to social media profiles of everybody staying at the apartment, something that I have never experienced before.
Please do note that when coming by car, finding a parking spot where you're allowed to park can be a real challenge.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
