Mycket vänlig och lyhörd värd, läget på lägenheten är bekvämt, mataffärer och kollektivtrafik finns väldigt nära.

Vi hade en mycket trevlig vistelse hos Andréa för att upptäcka Stockholm.Lägenheten var mycket ren och ljus, belägen i ett lugnt område med tillgång till bra kollektivtrafik.

Överlag en bra vistelse. Värden var lyhörd och hjälpsam från bokning till utcheckning. Incheckningen var lite knepig eftersom detaljerna skickades för sent på grund av att min bokning flaggades av en oklar anledning, något som aldrig hänt tidigare. Några saker saknades i huset, men bortsett från det var upplevelsen positiv.

Nära spårvagn, tunnelbana och pendeltåg. Några min från mataffär och flera restauranger. Lugna grannar i trappuppgången. Olustigt arrangemang kring uthyrningen, fanns brev från kronofogden och kreditbolag adresserat till annat namn än uthyrningen och till den adressen.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
