Andreas’s apartment offers a good value for money, especially in terms of the space and the location. It’s around 10 minute walk to the nearest bus/train station and there’s a good supermarket just around the corner.
There was a few steps to checking in but it was clearly instructed. You are required to fill out a check-in form in advance though. If something is not working in the apartment, you are also required to fill out another form with no guarantee that it will be fixed during your stay. In our case, it was the light in the bathroom.
You are also asked to wash the dishes, sort and the garbage and get rid of it and strip the bed linens before checking out.
We did not meet him in person but he was kind and responsive in the chat just up until after we informed him about the broken bathroom light that he sort of left the message unread over a day. Luckily, the light started working on our second day, so we informed him of it. Only then, did we get a response.

House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
