Excellent logement se trouvant dans un endroit idéal pour visiter la ville de Stockholm, en plein quartier ancien avec plein de restaurant et de café juste à côté et en plus très calme, très propre et vraiment identique aux photos et au descriptif, je recommande ce logement car je n’y ai trouvé honnêtement aucun défaut.

Andreas's apartment is great! It's exactly as it looks in the photos.
The location is really good, close to the metro and easy to move from there to anywhere else in the city.
Andreas was very responsive, he gave us clear and easy instructions to get to the apartment and check-in/out
I'd love to stay there again on my next trip to Stockholm.

Mycket fint boende i Gamla Stan med magiska omgivningar. Tydliga instruktioner och bra kommunikation. Rent och bra basstandard. Något mindre än vad man tror utifrån bilderna. Bra kvalitet på sängkläder men något hård säng. En del ljud från gatan men inget som störde särskilt mycket. Kan rekommendera detta boendet 😀

El apartamento de Andreas tiene una excelente ubicación, es muy bonito, limpio, cómodo, bien dotado con lo básico para tener una estadía confortable, estuvimos 4 noches y no sentimos ruido ni incomodidad, es un excelente punto de partida para visitar todos los lugares de interés, volvería sin dudarlo, nos encantó!

**HOUSE RULES**
1. Additional identification and information may be requested upon booking.
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law. If there are signs of smoking after checkout you will be charged up to 5000 sek in cleaning fees.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
9. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
