Great stay. The place was clean and had all the amenities you’d need. It is slightly away from central Stockholm but it is in a nice quiet neighbourhood and getting to Stockholm was very easy.

The apartment is OK. Just Ok, not very confortable. The beds were missing bed linen and the towels were the cheapest ones. Check in was at 4pm and check out at 10, Should be at least 3:00 pm checking out at 12:00 pm like everywhere else. Communication was impersonal pretty sure it was a chatbot. Nothing near the apartment, and the curtains were NOT blackout, when in sweden sun goes up Very Early. I wouldnt reccomend this place.

the windows are very draughty and heaters are also not really working, so absolutely not great during winter. (See other comments). Faucets were leaking and should be checked. We spend over a week there and only got a small and a big towel each for the whole stay. When we asked about one more set of towels it was promised we will get an additional set. This never happened. Only after asking multiple times they told us it was not possible for them to deliver them. If we return to Stockholm we will get another place. On the positive side the apartment itself was clean and quite spacious.

House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information may be requested upon booking.
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law. If there are signs of smoking after checkout you will be charged up to 5000 sek in cleaning fees.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
9. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. 

If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights. 
If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, the host will be paid 100% for all nights. 

Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
