Located outside the center of Stockholm but with a bus stop right at the door, as well as a boat connection very nearby. The space is quite spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a family of three. The small kitchen is very handy for preparing simple meals. The bathroom features an impeccable shower.

Bus stop nearby. By going down the stairs or taking the lift adjacent to the accommodation, you immediately reach the ferry stop. It is excellent to have a lift almost to/from the ferry, particularly since there are many stairs, which is a great advantage when traveling with an elderly person. Upstairs, we simply pressed for floor 13. The Wi-Fi in the room is superb. All necessary tableware is provided. The beds are comfortable. The accommodation was very clean.

I stayed in the apartment for 4 nights & honestly I have mixed opinions.It’s much smaller than what the images make it out to be, with sliding doors leading directly below street level. So I wasn’t able to open the blinds for natural light due to people walking past being able to see in which also took away from how safe I felt in the apartment as well as the “key” being a code to use on the keypad which doesn’t feel the most safe as I am a young solo traveller.It’s very bare with no real decor, not a big deal but when it comes to cooking utensils, the pots are tiny, so I resorted to eating out majority of the time. In the images, the bed has 4 pillows on it but I walked in to find only 1. No extra linen in the cupboard so I used the other pillow from there without cover. Little to no storage for suitcases & other belongings. The location is accessible with good transport services nearby.Price is fair but I wouldn’t pay more for it.Overall enjoyable experience.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
