Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Die Lage ist super angenehm, da direkt 2min fußläufig die Fähre in die Stadt fährt (ca. 10min Fahrt). Ebenso hat man die Möglichkeit von dort aus alles mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen.
Einzig allein die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein und die Tür der Dusche könnte eine Dichtung gebrauchen, damit das Bad nach dem Duschen nicht nass ist. Ansonsten war alles perfekt!

We hebben hier een prettig verblijf gehad, de airbnb ligt dichtbij de boot waarmee je makkelijk het centrum kunt bereiken. In de buurt zijn veel leuke restaurantjes te vinden. Er zijn supermarkten in de buurt en de keuken bevat genoeg keukengerei zodat je eventueel zelf kunt koken.

L'appartement est tres charmant avec la roche autour qui apporte une originalité au quotidien. L'emplacement est proche de stations accessibles à la trottinette et le bus 53 permet d'aller à la gare directement. L'endroit très calme apporte beaucoup de sérénité. Le logement est très propre, il n'y a rien de négatif à noter pour moi.

Le logement était impeccablement propre et très bien équipé, avec une ambiance paisible et agréable. Très bien arrangé, il a parfaitement répondu à toutes mes attentes. J'ai passé un excellent séjour !

We had a lovely stay, it is a great location for exploring the city. We loved getting the boat to and from town. The apartment was very clean and functional, perfect for what we needed for 2 nights in Stockholm.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
