Buen apartamento con lo esencial, con buen mantenimiento y limpieza. Situado algo alejado del centro pero con conexión en 15-20 minutos por transporte público, bus a 50 metros o barco a 200m. Barrio muy tranquilo, pero sin muchos servicios. Anfitrión atento y con rápida respuesta. Quizá se eche en falta en el apartamento algún armario, pequeña cómoda con cajones o estantería. Pero bueno en conjunto muy buena relación calidad-precio

it's a nice place. however you have to give your passport details when booking, which is not according airbnbs guidelines.
The kitchen is not very well equiped. 2 of the 5 pans do not work on the stove. The eating table is very small. So, if you want to cook yourself during your stay you might have to improvise a little.

A beautiful stay in a delightfully modern space with historic character! Close to waterfront walks and public transportation. We felt very at home.

Klidné místo nedaleko přístavu, loď do města jezdí každou chvíli. Pěkný výhled mají jen apartmány ve 4. a 5. patře. Přízemi je lehce pod úrovní chodníku, 2. a 3. patro má výhled do kamenné zdi nebo dírou po bývalém okně na protější domy. V pokoji není jediná polička na osobní věci, šaty musí být na věšáku v předsíni nebo ve skříňce v kuchyni. Vůbec nechápu, proč je apartmán Hotelu Ruinen nabízen jako ubytování Airbnb pod názvem "Moderní klenot ve starobylém prostředí." Je to prostě hotel, žádné ubytování v soukromí. Proto mi také není jasné, proč musí host svléknout povlečení a uklidit a vynášet odpadky. To je v hotelu součástí ceny.

The place matches the description. It is cozy and had everything we needed for couple of days, even though it lacks a closet and a bit small. The location is beautiful and quiet with a ferry stop nearby which was a plus for us. However, the amount of automatic AI generated messages and replies felt quite impersonal. You need to push to have your issues solved. Overall we recommend.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
