Nytt och fräscht, allt som behövs finns på en begränsad yta (hade vart bra att kunna lägga resväskan på en bänk eller dyligt, nu fick den ligga på golvet) Kudden var väldigt liten, hade inte skadat om det fanns fler.

Very good location to visit Stockholm and the museums just by walking and by public boat transport. Also Vaxholm is easy to reach. It is a very clean accommodation with a very well equipped kitchen in a safe and quiet area. Beautiful outside view! Responsive host.

Andreas’s apartment is in a beautiful location around Stockholm, with a great view over the water. It is easy to reach by bus, E-Scooter or even boat and is really peaceful after a day out exploring. Everything was as described and perfectly clean also.
I highly recommend staying here is you’re after somewhere affordable to explore the Swedish capital.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful studio apartment in Nacka, Stockholm. The location was perfect - situated in a quiet, local area that provided a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to the city. The apartment itself was exactly as described and pictured: clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. One of the highlights was the large window that offered a breathtaking sea view, making my mornings and evenings truly special.
The host was professional and attentive, ensuring everything was in order before and during my stay.
This studio was not just a place to stay but an experience in itself. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy Stockholm from a serene yet convenient location. I’m looking forward to returning on my next visit to the city!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
