Väldigt bra boende, med tydliga instruktioner för att ta sig in. Utsikten är fantastisk och för min första soloresa kunde det inte ha blivit bättre!

Jag kan verkligen inte rekommendera detta ställe nog! Jag börjar med läget, som även om det inte ligger i stadens centrum, är väldigt lugnt och får dig att känna dig som en riktig boende i Stockholms förorter. Busstationen Saltsjöqvarn ligger bara några meter bort och är ett utmärkt alternativ för att ta sig in till centrala Stockholm. Värden var mycket lyhörd och hjälpsam och gav mycket detaljerad information och instruktioner under hela min vistelse. När det gäller själva boendet var det lätt att ta sig till, interiören var fläckfri, och utsikten över (tror jag) Gamla stan var majestätisk. Om du funderar på att välja detta ställe för din vistelse, rekommenderar jag det helhjärtat.

Litet och mycket trevligt samt mycket rent lägenhet. Vi hade inga problem överhuvudtaget. Instruktionerna för att komma in är tydliga. Köket är mycket välutrustat. Speciell nämnare för den fina utsikten.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
