If you are looking for accommodation for 3 - 4 days, this accommodation is hard to beat.
Prons:
Location location location, what a view.
Simple and clear instructions for check-in and check-out.
Well-kept apartment.
No TV. (I think it's nice).
Good public transport.
Cons:
Difficult to find parking with your own car. There is a parking lot just before you go up the hill to the accommodation.
No TV (for those who like it)
No washing machine

Can’t say enough good things about the place. Was perfect for a visit for 2. Everything was as described and the pictures don’t do the view justice. Within walking distance to the bus stops for the major transportation lines, close enough to enjoy central Stockholm every day and far enough to relax at night. Perfect setup if you plan to be out and about a lot and want a comfortable private place to stay in the downtime. Andreas was a great host and flexed to make great last minute accommodations. Will be using this venue for future stays!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν όσο ωραίο φαινόταν από τις φωτογραφίες και η θέα ήταν καταπληκτική . Ο χώρος πεντακαθαρος και ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλικός. Είχαμε στην διάθεση μας πολλές χρήσιμες οδηγίες και μπορούσαμε να επικοινωνήσουμε με τον οικοδεσπότη κάθημερινα με άμεση ανταπόκριση .

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
