Perfekt Airbnb för mina 3 nätter för att upptäcka Stockholm! Lägenheten är funktionell, ren och har en fantastisk utsikt! Tydliga instruktioner och en snabb samt trevlig värd. Det finns ett stort hotell i närheten (Élite Hotel Marina Tower) där man för 30€ kan njuta av deras spa i 3 timmar (pool, bastu, ångbastu) – verkligen värt det och bara ett stenkast från lägenheten! Jag åt inte på någon restaurang i närheten, men färjan tar dig till stadens centrum på 10 minuter och avgår regelbundet (observera att det kostar 7€ varje gång, vilket kan bli dyrt vid flera resor). Slutligen sov jag utmärkt och är väldigt nöjd med min vistelse. Tack.

Lättillgänglig och väl ansluten (buss och båt inom 500 m). Underbar utsikt över floden och Stockholm. Mycket responsiv värd för alla frågor. Ren och funktionell bostad.

En mycket trevlig plats med en fin utsikt och bra förbindelser. Den är precis som annonserat. Jag uppskattade min vistelse mycket och in- och utcheckningen var enkel och utan problem. Var medveten om att du måste lämna viss personlig information via en tredje parts webbplats för incheckning (vilket jag inte är ett stort fan av). Förutom det var jag mycket nöjd.

Brilliant room with an amazing view and great amenities. Suitable to anyone. Check in time could be earlier and no oven but other than that it was an amazing stay at a very affordable price
House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
