Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen, die Dusche war leider so konzipiert, dass das Bad nach dem Duschen sehr nass war. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung, jedoch nicht dafür ausgelegt, sich viel selbst zu kochen. Dafür, dass es nur ein Ein-Zimmer-Apartment ist, ist der Preis etwas hoch.

Gut von Stockholm mit Fähre oder dem Bus zu erreichen. Ruhige Lage und sehr schöner Blick auf Stockholm.
Das Lebensmittelgeschäft ist etwas weiter weg, aber trotzdem zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen.
Das Apartment ist wie von Andreas beschrieben.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch gerne wiederkommen.

Great accommodation! Everything was as described. Great view of Stockholm (especially the sunset). Everything was very clean and the bathroom was top equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. Very very easy entering and leaving the apartment by codes and no keys. With the ferry you have a really great connection to the city center.
Overall everything really top!
The only wish would be a toaster in the kitchen and a second pan. But these are by no means shortcomings.
I would stay here again at any time if I were to travel to Stockholm. Thank you!

Amazing place with great reachability using the SL ferry, beautiful view with a sunset (even when there was a big ship covering it for a few days :D) , the AC was working and the shower was fine, only a bit leaky but nothing bad. There were also clean utensils and plates, working microwave and all needed for a week stay. we also visited the nearby ICA for shopping. The only downside would be that the walls are thin, so we heard people walking or talking during the stay. Depending on who will stay next to you or above you, you might experience some noise. We also had some smudges on the window and in the kitchen, could be a bit tidier. Other than these small things the stay was perfect and we would choose this place again.

Dit is een hotelkamer die ook als airbnb wordt verhuurd. De kamer en het uitzicht zijn prachtig. Er is een kookplaatje om zelf iets op te warmen. Je kunt zowel met de bus als de veerpont naar de stad. Wij hebben erg veel soms vervelende emails van Andreas gekregen.

The location of the place is a little far from city center. To go there, you need to use bus or boat. But it was perfect place to see other islands around by using boat. Besides, it takes just 10-15 minutes to reach city center with bus and the best part of it, you don’t need to wait bus long hours, it is very frequent. I worked 2 days in this location, it was very peaceful with good view and the place was pretty good, clean and calm. Andreas was very helpful, when i need he replied quickly.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
