Very pleasant stay, nice view and very clean.
A bit overwhelming house policies and requirements. Very polite so nothing too crazy, but felt like could be a bit more forgiving.

It was a very nice and pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this property!
Positive: I liked the peaceful and quiet location while still having a great access to the centre, because there is a bus stop just a few meters away. Another thing I loved was the view of the city across the sea!

Stylische, aber sehr dunkle Wohnung! Andreas erlebten wir in der Kommunikation als sehr unhöflich und kalt!! Wir wollten die Anzahl der Personen von 1 auf 2 erhöhen, er wollte, das wir dies über einen Link extern von Airbnb bezahlen. Er sagte, sein System könne das nicht anders - laut Airbnb eine Lüge. Wir traten deshalb wegen der Änderung der Personenzahl mit Airbnb in Kontakt. Das Airbnb-Team versuchte Andreas zu erreichen, aber er antwortete über einen Tag lang nicht (wohingegen er sonst immer gleiche antwortete). Auch die Airbnb-Mitarbeiter zeigten sich entsetzt über das unfreundliche Verhalten sowie seine Falschaussagen(z.B. Dazubuchen einer Person sei im System nicht möglich, nur Zahlung über externen Link). Suspekt.... Es kostete uns viel Zeit für Kommunikation mit Airbnb (Danke für deren Support) und das im Urlaub. Als diese Andreas dann endlich erreichten, war es in wenigen Minuten erledigt. Aber der Gastgeber verlangte einen hohen Preis für die zweite Person. Nie wieder!

Eine Umbuchung bzw. Verlängerung des Aufenthaltes stellte sich in der Kommunikation als äußerst schwierig dar. er zeigte diesbezüglich wenig Kooperation (wir mussten 2mal die Reinigung bezahlen, obwohl nur 1mal gereinigt wurde), die Kommunikation war diesbezüglich teilweise sehr schwierig. Ihm schien es wichtiger zu sein maximal Geld zu verdienen als auf die Wünsche seiner Gäste einzugehen. Das Hinzufügen eines Gastes war laut ihm nicht möglich, obwohl Airbnb dies uns zugesichert hatte. Stattdessen schickte er uns einen dubiosen Zahlungslink, von dem selbst die Airbnb Hotline uns abgeraten hatte. Allem in allem ist die Wohnung an sich schön, trotzdem fehlt für mich das unternehmerische Feingefühl.

This apartment was great for spending a week in Stockholm for us. It is located a little outside of the city center, but easy to reach by bus and boat.
Andreas gave clear instructions about checkin and checkout and everything in the flat was to our satisfaction.
I highly recommend staying here. We were especially happy about the amazing view of the city through the big panorama window onto the water and shore.
He warned us beforehand that it might be a little on the colder side for people not used to swedish weather. We did not have any problems with that. Quite on the contrary, while outside the temperature dropped to -10 degrees the apartment’s temperature stayed steady at 23 degrees.
Highly recommend staying with him.

Sono molto soddisfatto di questo alloggio, situato vicinissimo alle fermate dell'autobus e del traghetto e con una vista dalla finestra incredibile. Spazio piccolo adatto per 1/2 persone, completo di cucina, lavastoviglie, frigo e microonde. Bagno piccolo e confortevole, completo di tutto. Se devo trovare un piccolo appunto è stato aprire la porta la prima volta, dato che non sapevo che bisognasse spingere molto forte e ci sono riuscito grazie a due altri inquilini che sono arrivati in quel momento e mi hanno aiutato. Niente di grave comunque. Per il resto alloggio consigliatissimo e host sempre molto disponibile.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
