Place was as described, stunning view from 5th floor. Easy to find, get in and out. Good public transport: plenty of buses to get you in and back from Gamla Stan/Slussen (even deep in the night, there are night buses from Slussen/T-Centralen); also pendelbåt will get you to Nybroplan fast and easy.
Kitchen&bathroom had everything needed, and as deacribed.
Will come back, definitely :)

Boendet motsvarande beskrivningen, det var modernt och rent, även om något spartanskt inrett så saknades det ingenting av betydelse. Smidigt med närhet till pendelbåt för snabb färd till centrala stan och storstadspuls. Promenadavstånd till livsmedelsbutik. Fantastisk utsikt!

Toller Ausblick über die Stadt und die Fähre in 3 min Fußweg zu erreichen.
Leider haben die Pfannen aus der Unterkunft nicht auf dem dortigen Induktionsherd funktioniert.

Beautiful views of Djurgården from a modern apartment in Södermalm. Easy to access by bus or boat. I would go again.
House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
