Allt var toppen! Boendet hade fin inredning och fantastiskt utsikt och låg i en lugn stadsdel nära Stockholm city. Rekommenderas varmt!

Abbiamo soggiornato per qualche giorno nell’appartamento di Andreas, trovandoci molto bene. Il monolocale è moderno e arredato in modo funzionale. La doccia ha una porta vetri così da non allagare il bagno durante l’uso. La cucina disponeva di tutto il necessario per preparare colazione e pasti (padelle, pentole, spatole…). La cucina dispone di frigorifero, lavastoglie, piano ad induzione e microonde. La vista che si gode sul canale è bellissima. Consiglio senza dubbio.

Das Appartement liegt gegenüber eines sehr lauten Vergnügungsparks ❗️bis morgens um 2h wird ohrenbetäubende Musik gespielt.Trotz geschlossener Fenster und Türen, ist diese zu hören.
Das Appartement ist außerdem sehr klein. Es ist geschickt fotografiert…
Und an einem dieser Abende hat es um kurz vor 21h, vehement an meiner Tür geklopft. Draußen stand ein Mann, der mit aus einer Plastiktüte Socken und Shirts verkaufen wollte. Für ein angebliches „Schulprojekt“…
Es war irritierend, dass jemand Fremdes so einfach ins Haus kommt….
Ich würde die Unterkunft nicht nochmal buchen

Alles bestens und eine tolle Lage. Schöne Aussicht und gut erreichbar. In der Beschreibung stand etwas von einem Balkon, den gibt es nicht, nur das Balkongitter vor den großen Fenstern. Ich würde wieder buchen.

Great apartment with amazing view. It had everything we needed. Very clean and high quality.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
