Die Unterkunft war sauber und groß. Der Ausblick ist wirklich ein Traum! Mit der Fähre ist man schnell bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zudem ist es super ruhig.

Andreas is a very welcoming host, accommodating and quick to respond.
The apartment is small, but has everything, and the giant window with an amazing view just makes you kinda want to stay inside for a bit and enjoy the beautiful sights laying on the bed.
Everything was clean and new.
Overall my husband and I really liked this apartment, thought for him it seemed smaller than he would prefer, but I personally will miss staying there.
And again, the view is to die for.

AMAZING view of Stockholm, quiet neighborhood, modern & functional space. 7 min walk to public transportation (bus or boat). Appreciated the steamer & regular iron.
Dishwasher did not work, frying pan not suitable for the induction stove - inconvienient, not a catastrophy. Andreas was always responsive & engaged via the chat.

We had a wonderful stay at Andreas' Airbnb. The location was perfect for exploring the center of Stockholm. Bus stops are right around the corner, and the ferry terminal is just a 5-minute walk away. The building is well-maintained, and the elevator made it easy to bring our luggage to the top floor. The space itself was small, cozy, and very clean, providing us with a comfortable stay. Andreas was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would love to return to this accommodation in the future.

Great place, away from busy city centre but with easy bus and boat connections and even close enough to walk by foot. The room looked newly refurbished and was exactly as on photos, we had everything we needed there. The views from the room are absolutely breathtaking and worth every penny!

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
