Bra läge med vacker utsikt. Andreas svarade snabbt när smärre skador på lägenheten upptäcktes. Kommer definitivt boka det här igen.

Mycket trevligt och angenämt. Rekommenderar definitivt.Positivt: Allt var rent och funktionellt. Läget var bra, bara 10 minuter från Stockholms centrum, och taxin kostade endast 10€ / 107Kr. Boendet var väldigt rent och nytt, och utsikten var också fantastisk.

Recommends to book a hotell for longer staysPositive: Nice view if you get the room at top floor.If you receive the groundfloor or second floor you have only view to the road outside the building.Negative: Not comfortable for longer stay. No cleaning during the stay. No staff at the place, only online check-in that is complicated check-in routines. You have to send ID of everyone who stay there and answer at several questions about you stay and why you are in Stockholm, what you will do in the city and where places are you going to visit in the city??And if you dont answer at every question you will not receive the information and keycode to your room.When asking for new clean towels after two days the answer was that they can give new towels for 200SEK per person.There is only toilet paper for two days staying, then you have to buy more from a shop somewhere.There is only few parking for 120SEK/day, if they are booked you have to pay 240SEK/day to stay at the road 300 meters from the place.Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 250 SEKFee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEKAnd extra fee for leaving cabbage.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
