The apartment is closed to the SL station. It takes approximately 30 minutes to commute to the central of the city. The unit is clean and well organized. The unit is bit hot during the summer time.

Better than a 4 star hotel. I love the privacy, quiet, beauty, free and romantic air. Comfortable bed and sofa. kitchen is small but enough. Good fridge. Clean and comfortable toilet & bathroom. The window has balcony character, with a view full of green; it is a charming comfortable corner to enjoy. I love the direct ship/ferry, with regular rounds to the city center, which is romantic :-). I would like to stay more.

Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse. Perfekt läge för alla aktiviteter och vi trivdes mycket bra i lägenheten. Rent, Fint och Fräscht. Enkelt att ta sig in till stan med SL båten eller bussen då hållplatserna var väldigt nära.

Spent a weekend here while visiting Stockholm and it was perfect for the trip. the location wasn’t far from the city centre as we just took a quick ferry with the SL day pass. the neighbourhood was very quiet and beautiful to walk around. the building was modern and very cool. The host sent very clear instructions and was very friendly. we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend if you’re coming for a short trip!

The apartment itself is fine. It’s a simple studio near the ferry, which is nice. It could use some basic things like spices and cooking oil, but whatever. It was clean and comfortable
The host, however, was an issue. Starting with demanding that I upload my id and social media profiles to some 3rd party site, which is just creepy. Then when I arrived the elevator was broken. When I questioned the host about it (I’m traveling by bicycle with a service dog and have 100kg of stuff I needed to haul up a spiral staircase), they lied and said that it had broken that morning, but there was a tattered note on the elevator that had obviously been there for a while, and there were several reviews for other listings in the same building (yeah, the host didn’t expect that I’d actually look at those) saying the elevator was broken. Overall, the host just did not come across as trustworthy.
Oh, and the building has no A/C. Though I probably came during the one week where that matters, lol

we had a great stay at this well equiped appartement. not in the center but the public transportation nearby allows you to reach the city by bus or boat. communication with the host was perfect.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
