We, a family of 3, had a great week in the apartment. Everything was clean and as described. The kitchen has a lot of kitchenware, so cooking for the family is easy. The location of the apartment is perfect with only 10 minutes to the metro station Kristineberg and very near to the water. A self-service Kajak rental station is 30 min by walking. On south side, there is a balcony with great view on the water. You can hear the traffic on the bridge to Lilla Essingen, so we kept the door to the balcony closed during night. The sleeping room is directed to north, it is quiet during the night.
Andreas responded quickly to inquiries and the check-in and check-out was simple. We can definitely recommend a stay.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung in Kristineberg sehr wohl gefühlt, die Aussicht auf das Wasser genossen und die Nähe zur Ubahn sehr geschätzt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Prima uitvalsbasis voor gezin om Stockholm te bezoeken. Voor 5 personen wel jammer dat er slechts 1 slaapkamer is en de anderen in living moeten slapen. Prima host.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
