Perfect place to relax in Åre
Positive: Excellent and quite comfortable place. Perfect communication with the host, as all our queries were answered within an hour or two after sending the message. The location is above Åre, and it has an amazing view of the lake/river, which is definitely one of the highlights of this property. Very easy check-in and check-out. The amenities are new and easy to use, which made the whole stay even lovelier. The bed is big and quite comfortable, and in combination with the bedding, it has been an amazing restful stay. The whole area is very quiet, and of you're looking for a very quiet place, look no further and book this one.
Negative: WiFi's QR code at the entrance door does not work, and it leads to a generic qr code webpage explaining what a qr code is. You need to open the electric box and scan the qr code which is on the WiFi inside instead.
Shower drain was clogged from too much hair, so a pool of water was forming when showering.

Stille og rolig.
Positive: Veldig stille og rolig sted :), ingen personell og ukjent check-in metode.
For et sted.
Negative: Hadde ingen gardiner, alt var greit ellers.
Veldig rar check-in metode og kommunikasjon mellom motparten var veldig ukjent og usikre e-mailer angående registreringen.

Mycket fin och ljus lägenhet med allt man behöver, kändes extremt fräsch och ny denna lägenheten. Jätte fint kök och badrum.
Boendet ligger väldigt bra till, nära till backen, nära till restauranger och framförallt 5minuter ner till byn. Lugnt område med fina vyer.
Denna vistelse får topp betyg genom att Pontus var tydlig, smidig och flexibel, boendet var toppskick och fräscht.
Kan starkt rekommendera Pontus som hyresvärd! Och framförallt att besöka Tott i Åre!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
