Var många år sedan Totthotell var igång, nu en massa fina lägenheter med självhushåll istället för hotellrum, 5 min ner till byn och 1 min till Tottliften

Lägenheten var vacker, rymlig, ren och bekväm med allt vi behövde. Värden var lyhörd och hjälpsam. Vi älskade den fantastiska utsikten över bergen och den bekväma 10-minuterspromenaden till stan (via en parkeringsplats, gångbro och tunnel—var försiktig när det är halt!). Skid-in/skid-out-åtkomsten från våning 4 var perfekt, precis vid skidliften. Proffsips: Håll din telefon mot inpasseringsscannern i några sekunder; om den inte fungerar, starta om appen. Vi använde ingång 2 för enkel tillgång till lägenheten.Vi skulle definitivt bo här igen!

Great place to stay, the apartment is right by a lift and easy to get into the town using the funicular which stops right outside the building. Very nice inside the apartment and well equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

特别喜欢这边厨房、卫生间，这边位置距离市区不远。超市就在奥勒火车里，超市购物方便，奥勒餐厅选择不多，最好自己回来做。市区在A33，这边有个免费上山小火车，最好乘坐，当地地面坡度大。在中间一站下车走路5分钟就到公寓了，公寓四楼直通雪道，就是102雪道红道。如果想去基础道要在A29，这边坐702免费skibus去arebornrn地图右侧这边。大概5-10分钟，路上景色不错。这边还有徒步滑雪道。其它图片和房东提供的照片一致，租赁流程也很清楚，收到邮件一步步做就没问题。可以选择，推荐！

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
