Lovely tyst och bekvämt boende.Positivt: Bra läge med nära till skidlifterna, fina vyer över backarna & den frusna sjön. Mycket varm lägenhet – vår låg på marknivå medan det på fjärde våningen fanns ett skidrum & en bro från lägenheterna till backarna. Bra online-kommunikation, den mobila incheckningsappen på telefonerna fungerade utmärkt och var laddad innan ankomst.Negativt: Som andra kommentarer nämnts – en brödrost samt extra stora stekpannor & kastruller vore uppskattade, liksom en sopskyffel & borste. Tyvärr var parkeringen i närheten ganska dyr och det kunde ibland vara svårt att hitta en plats.

Superb boende för att njuta av semestern i Åre.Positivt: Boendet motsvarade fullt ut det som beskrevs samt mina egna förväntningar. Läget är utmärkt. En kort promenad tar dig till skidbacken och byns serviceutbud. Lägenheten var verkligen som ny och dessutom med en fantastisk utsikt över byn. Kontakten med värden fungerade utmärkt om det fanns några frågor, även om det inte fanns så många eftersom allt var som utlovat. Jag kan bara rekommendera det!Negativt: -

Positivt: Lägenheten är rymlig och vacker, sängarna är bekväma och utsikten fantastisk. Vi älskade den privata bastun. Säkerställ att du har en internetuppkoppling för att få tillgång till rummet med nyckelappen.

Bra lägenhetPositivt: Lägenheten var rymlig och ren, utsikten från fönstret var fantastisk och läget var mycket bra (bredvid hissen). Priset var mycket rimligt.Negativt: I badrummet med bastu fanns en list mellan bastun och duschen, vilket gjorde att vattnet inte rann ner i golvbrunnen, och i omklädningsutrymmet fanns det ingen golvbrunn alls. Fönstren hade fingeravtryck. Dessutom upplevde vissa gäster under hela vistelsen problem med nycklarna. Inledningsvis fungerade nyckeln bara för vissa gäster, och även när telefonappen till slut visade att nyckeln fungerade för alla, fungerade den inte alltid som den skulle. Kanske skulle ett par reservnyckelkort eller liknande vara bra att ha, eftersom systemet inte är helt pålitligt. En brödrost skulle också vara ett trevligt tillskott.

Fint boende med bra utsikt var dock inte den lägenhet vi trodde vi bokat då bilder i annons inte stämmer överens ( det står i annonsen men vi upplevde det som tråkigt ) Lägenheten var inte ren det var fläckar på köksbänk och låg skräp kvar i lådor.Det står att lägenhet ska vara fullutrustad men vi saknade brödrost och köket kändes tomt och skralt på porcelin. En viktig sak som även saknades var torkskåp.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.

If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
