Nice accommodations, spacious with a great view of the slopes. They require a lot of information and additional details such as ID and social media accounts, which might be due to previous challenges with somewhat disruptive guests. Otherwise, the place is good and the responses are quick.

Positive: The apartment was lovely and all the amenities were available.Negative: The provision of toilet paper and trash bags was a bit limited.It was somewhat challenging to gain access to the building.Several guests experienced difficulties with entering the premises and understanding the locking system.Please note that only one burner on the stove can be used at a time.

The sun was shiningPositive: The location is good, and with a little attention to detail and furnishing, the apartment could be really nice.Negative: There was some dust, and the sauna was missing even though it was shown in the photos! Additionally, the doors did not operate optimally, which made the key system less efficient, leaving the apartment feeling somewhat unfinished.

Love the location and decor/amenities of the flat generally. It is very comfortable and I would give 5 stars except for the bedrooms not having windows and not sleeping well as a result. Pontus was great - always quick to respond to queries and very helpful and flexible for our stay.
House rules
HOUSE RULES

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.

2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.

3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.

4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.

5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.

6. Pets are not allowed on the property.

7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.

8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.

Fee for smoking: 5000 sek

9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.

10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.

Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.

By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. 

If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights. 

If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights. 
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
