Underbart ställe inuti Tott hotel. Mycket rent, prydligt och bekvämt. Det är fantastiskt att handdukar och sängkläder ingår. Köket är väl utrustat men det finns ingen matolja, så kom ihåg att ta med eller köpa lite under din vistelse. Perfekt plats, jag kommer 100% tillbaka.

Pontus och hans team är mycket lyhörda. Boendet är utmärkt för en större grupp, och skid-in ski-out är en verklig fördel.

Detta är andra gången vi bor på denna plats. Lägenheten motsvarade våra förväntningar och har ett mycket bekvämt läge för skidåkning. Det nya låssystemet fungerar via en app på mobilen, vilket vi tyckte var lite omständligt, eftersom det ibland tog mellan 10 och 40 sekunder innan låset registrerade telefonen och öppnade dörren. Dessutom fann vi att processen för att konfigurera appen var något tidskrävande; vi behövde fylla i information om varje gäst på en webbsida och sedan skicka en del av denna information till värden via meddelanden.

House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.

Guests can cancel until 5 days before check-in for a full refund, and the host won’t be paid.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid for each night they stay, plus 1 additional night, plus 50% for all unspent nights.
