Mycket trevlig lägenhet i Tottkomplexet, med tre sovrum av olika karaktär. Trevliga allmänytor med gott om plats för samvaro och lugn och ro. Åtkomst till Tottbacken direkt från huset, vilket är en stor fördel. Vi hade några riktigt sköna dagar i denna lägenhet.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i denna lägenhet. Den var större än vi hade förväntat oss och vi uppskattade utsikten upp mot berget och över sjön. Vi använde bastun och njöt av skid in, ski out från Level 4. Ibland fungerade inte nyckeln till ytterdörren, men vi kunde alltid ta oss in. Vi skulle inte tveka att rekommendera platsen – den var underbar och Pontus var mycket hjälpsam med våra många frågor, då det var vårt första besök i Åre.

Strul med nyckeln, kunde bara ha en nyckel men löste sig andra dagen. Fanns bara två vinglas, när vi påtalade det så sa ”Pontus” att han skickar sitt team med glas men vi fick tjata flera gånger om glas, tog två dagar få dom. Smutsigt med snus på matta, skräp längs golvlister, gamla strumpor i lådor. Golvbrunn stank avlopp, gjorde rent och satte den rakt så blev det bättre.

Fantastiskt boende, bra läge och en väldigt bra kommunikation med värden där man alltid fick snabbt svar. Kan stark rekommendera Pontus som värd! Tack för vistelsen.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
