Really appreciate how spotless and spacious the apartment was!
Upon entering there was a bad stench coming from the bathroom, but after putting hot water down the drain - it went away. Other than that, the apartment was squeaky clean.
Host was also very responsive and accommodating to my inquiries. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an escape to Stockholm!

The location is super easy to find,because it is located only 4 mins walk from the Sundbyberg station, the view of the kitchen is city view with snow and people living their life in wintertime,so nice to see. We cooked everyday and the nearest super market just 2 mins from the apartment door. All rooms are very clean , and the Bed is so comfy ,We slept well for every nights. Most of the amenities are functional wel, however for the first night was very cold in the large bedroom, We were not sure there was a problem about the heater or not ,so please check it next time. Andreas was a responsive host and communicate well.
We recommended this place for our friends for sure! Stockholm until next time

Die Wohnung punktet durch ihre tolle Lage und super Anbindung an die Infrastruktur: Haltestellen sind quasi vor der Tür und in der Straße gibt es viele Cafés, Supermärkte und Bars. Tolle Überraschung: Wir genossen am Wochenende kostenlos die laute live-Musik der Bar „Encore“ unter uns – bis tief in die Nacht. Das Bad ist winzig, aber dafür putzt man gleich den ganzen Raum beim Duschen. Die weißen Möbel sind schick und erzählen Geschichten über Besuche mit verschütteten Getränken – romantisch!
Hervorheben möchte ich auch die Kommunikation mit Andreas. Er antwortete meist fix. Direkt nach der Anfrage forderte er von allen Personen, die dort übernachten wollten, Links zu Social Media Profilen und ihre Personalausweise. Auch nach vielen Nachfragen war mir nicht klar, wofür er unsere Ausweise haben wollte ("Sicherheit"). Am Anreisetag hielt er die Spannung hoch, indem er nicht, wie versprochen, 24 Stunden früher die Zugangscodes nannte, sondern kurz vor Anreise nach 3x Nachfragen.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
