Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt, das Apartment entsprach unseren Erwartungen, auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut. Gerne wieder!

Everything as expected. Stockholm is an expensive city on accommodation that’s why the the good instead of excellent on my review. 5 minutes walk to the metro station with no change over to the central. Nice and quiet neighbourhood.

Jättefin lägenhet med allt du kan önska. Köket var rent och fräscht med alla köksredskap man kan önska. Fantastisk utsikt från balkongen över Mälaren och vyer över Stora och Lilla Essingen. Fem minuters promenad ner Fredhälls badhus med bryggor och klippor och ett gulligt café. Njuut av ditt morgondopp . Fina Solstugan ligger nära med utsikt, god mat och gott att dricka. Fem minuter till Tunnelbanan som snabbt tar dig till centrum.

We were in stockholm for 3 days and really enjoyed our stay in Andrea's apartment! You can reach the center in 20 minutes with the tunnel train. There is a Coop nearby and also a neighborhood store. The apartment is very nice and clean. From the balcony you have a very nice view.
What you have to consider is that there is no oil, vinegar and other spices in the kitchen.
Otherwise the accommodation gave us exactly what we needed.
The communication with andreas was very good and his instructions very helpful. The check in was very easy and well explained.
If we come back to Stockholm we will gladly book the accommodation again!

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
