Cuisine non équipée ! Chasse d’eau qui fonctionnait pas..
Pas de télévision..
Bref, peut etre une nuit pour dépanner dans ce logement mais pas plus.
Vous pouvez vous déplacer uniquement en bus ou uber pour vous rendre dans ce logement.

Städningen var väl bra förutom att vi var tvungna att dammsuga upp väldigt många små flugor direkt när vi kom.
Lägenheten var bra som övernattningsplats och sängen var mycket bekväm men lägenheten var inte särskilt ombonad. På det hela taget var det en bra plats att övernatta på.

The place itself was fine, just some trash left behind. Sadly the walls are paper thin, there was a clicking in the wall (maybe because of a pipe) and the last night the neighbour kept knocking on the wall next to the bed so that I had to sleep with headphones on. Also, the windows are just above the ground outside which seemed to invite people to treat us like zoo animals. Multiple people stopped infront of the window and inspected the apartment and stared at us.
Also the front door of the apartment is directly next to the main door of the house so it sounds like people are entering the apartment everytime they enter the building. Gave me a heart attack at 4am in the first night. You get used to it but its simply good to know I guess.
What was incredibly good tho was the connection to the center of Stockholm and the possibility to find a big grocery store like 10minutes on foot from the apartment.

The place is lovely and well equipped. It is very comfortable to stay and Fredrik was responsive and helpful. Would recommend!
House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
