The apartment is great and comfortable. We have been staying for 12 days. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, coffee and tee, detergents. The same is with the bathroom - all the necessary towels, shampoo etc., everything you need to live here. There is a bus station nearby, so it was easy to get to Stockholm city.

The host is very responsive, and provided extra blankets as requested. The house looks very modern as shown in the pictures. It comes with a full kitchen, including all the pots and bowls. It's also a 7 min walk to Coop, a supermarket.
Having 1 full + 1 half bathroom is perfect for 3-4 people.
If I really had to think of improvements for this listing, I would say bigger serving bowls for sharing! (There are only small bowls in the kitchen)

Das Positive : Die Wohnung ist hell und stylish eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Bett ist bequem.
Das Negative: Das Waschbecken im Bad ist so klein, dass man sich kaum die Zähne putzen kann. Man muss den Spiegelschrank öffnen und den Kopf leicht hineinstecken, sonst landet die Zahnpasta beim Ausspülen auf dem Boden .Leider gibt es auch weder Halter für's Toilettenpapier noch für Handtücher.
Im Schlafzimmer ließ sich die Deckenlampe nicht ausschalten, dieses Problem scheint laut Bewertungen schon seit Juni zu bestehen, leider scheint sich aber niemand dafür zu interessieren. Wir haben das Problem Fredrik mitgeteilt, aber es wurde nichts repariert, nur das Versprechen gegeben, es nach unserem 6 Nächte-Aufenthalt sofort zu erledigen.
Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es eine Warnung der Stadt, das Wasser abzukochen, darüber wurden wir nicht informiert! Verantwortungslos!
Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank, nur eine Kammer, gefüllt mit Bettwäsche und Putzeimer mit nassem Lappen.

Siisti ja remontoitu huoneisto. Sekä sänky, että vuodesohva olivat meidän mieleen. Makuuhuoneen valoa ei saanut pois päältä, joten herkkäunista se häiritsi. Viereisen rapun ulko-oven avaus ja viemärien äänet kuuluivat, mutta naapuruston muuten ollessa rauhallinen ei liikkujia taloon ollut paljoa. Liikenneyhteys Tukholman keskustaan erittäin hyvä.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
