Lägenheten är fantastisk - lätt att hitta, mycket ren, precis som beskriven, med bra kommunikationer och ett fantastiskt prisvärde! Vi kommer definitivt att återvända om vi någonsin åker till Stockholm igen. Det hade dock varit trevligt med en liten mikrovågsugn eller ugn. Andreas är en superhjälpsam värd och alltid mycket lyhörd! Tack Andreas 😁

Mycket fin liten lägenhet, nära kollektivtrafiken och många mysiga barer och caféer i närheten. Ren och prydlig. Lite komplicerad incheckning med många automatiska meddelanden och formulär som behövde fyllas i, men allt fungerade som beskrivet.

Superb lägenhet för ett par dagars vistelse i Stockholm !Lägenheten är idealiskt belägen; kollektivtrafiken ligger bara några minuters promenad bort, det finns närbutiker samt många caféer och restauranger i närheten.Inget att anmärka på när det gäller städning och lägenhetens utrustning, allt var perfekt!

Super Wohnung, perfekte Lage zum Innenstadt…Gut mit der Bahn verbunden.Einfach aber schöne Wohnung.Vielleicht etwas mehr Küchengegenstände nötig.Tür zur Küche fehlt- ohne Gardine also schnell hell in der Wohnung.Trotzdem würde ich 100% wiederkommen.Es war ein super Aufenthalt

Our stay at Andrea's place was great and very pleasant ! The flat is beautiful with Swedish minimalistic design, clean and easy to find. The area is pretty, quiet, and very safe, with the tram and metro just next to the flat. Andreas is very nice and professional and we appreciate that a lot ! And we hope to come back one day to Andrea's place again :)We could not hope for more for our first visit of Sweden.Julien and Julia

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
