Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft ist nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt und leicht zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht. In der Gegend selbst ist nicht viel zu entdecken, was aber, aufgrund der Nähe zum Zentrum nicht weiter schlimm ist. In Summer war alles sehr gut.

The apartment is very conveniently placed, 10 minutes from the commuter train and the nearest grocery store (but furthermore, there is a bus in the corner that can save you the walk). The place is confortable and modern, well-equipped and quiet.
Andreas provided clear information on check in and check out procedures. We recommend the place and would return!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön und wie in dem Inserat beschrieben. Es gibt viele Schränke zum Verstauen der Sachen, so dass es auch zu viert genug Platz gibt. Bis zum Stadtzentrum ist man ca. 20 bis 30 Minuten unterwegs. Der Bus ist sehr gut erreichbar, zur Bahnstation muss man ca. 15 Minuten gehen. Ein sehr schöner Supermarkt ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die nahe an Bus und Bahn ist. Sie ist super neu und modern eingerichtet. Alle kleineren Probleme wurden schnell gelöst und der Gastgeber ist uns sehr entgegengekommen und hat alles gegeben, uns den bestmöglichen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Das Bett ist etwas ungemütlich und knarzt sehr laut bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung. Aber für ein paar Tage war auch das völlig in Ordnung :) Schön wäre es, wenn es ein paar Gewürze, Backpapier und mehr Toilettenpapier geben würde, da das immer blöd ist dies in großen Mengen für nur ein paar Tage zu kaufen oder man müsste es vorher wissen, um es von zuhause mitzubringen. Das ist aber alles nur meckern auf hohem Niveau. Die Wohnung ist ansonsten wirklich sehr schön gewesen und auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

L'alloggio di Andreas è molto carino, curato e ben fornito, è essenziale ma c'è tutto. La zona è un po' fuori Stoccolma ma è ben collegata ed è facile spostarsi coi mezzi pubblici, anche la sera.
L'unico punto negativo che io e i miei amici sentiamo il dovere di comunicare è la sporcizia del materasso del divano letto: quando lo abbiamo aperto lo abbiamo trovato pieno di macchie, nonché di briciole e altri frammenti scuri e persino di semi vegetali.
Nel complesso è stata comunque una esperienza piacevole.

Beautiful renewed apartment, very quiet neighbourhood, big grocery shop nearby, train station about 10 min walk. We really enjoyed staying here.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
