Very nice apartment with a practical base! Location was also perfect for us too. It was convenient to stay close to lifts operating during summer season (bike park lifts). We enjoyed out stay a lot and this apartment met out expectations. Unfortunately I couldn't give all five stars because there were some small shortages in kitchen utilities, appliances, etc. This did not ruin our stay, of course, but we would have appreciated if these were taken care of. All communication with Kim was prompt and easy. Thank you for hosting us!

Fint område, fantastisk udsigt og tæt på det meste. Fin sauna/badeværelse, og køkken ok, men manglede lidt bestik og tallerkner, men vi var kun 2 så det gik fint. En del ting af indretning slidt/ikke fungerende så har nok behov for lidt opdatering for at få fuldt ud med stjerner.
Vil nok leje igen hvis vi skal til Åre en anden gang. Uklar beskrivelse af parkeringsplads, men fandt den til sidst.

Bra läge, nära till VM8 , lite stökigt på nätterna när folk gick hem från nattklubben på natten. Föregående hyresgäster hade lämnat smutsig disk i skåp och lådor. Fick börja vistelsen med att diska.

We appreciated the stay, right by the ski lift, and close to food shopping and the train station. I would recommend this apartment for any happy skiing holiday 😊
House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
