Boendet motsvarade helt beskrivningen. Även om inträdet via Parakey-nyckeln tar några sekunder att vänja sig vid, blir det väldigt enkelt när man väl har lärt sig systemet. Olofs förklaringar var mycket tydliga och han var snabb med att svara på våra meddelanden, samt flexibel då vi anlände mycket sent. Vi var oroliga över att det skulle vara kallt i lägenheten med tanke på tidigare kommentarer, men så var inte fallet. Lägenheten är inte överhettad, men den är verkligen trevlig. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Vi tillbringade en underbar vecka i Olofs lägenhet, den stämmer helt överens med bilderna. Läget är perfekt för att besöka Stockholm och njuta av en natt med fantastiska restauranger!

Isoleringen fungerar inte som den ska, vinden blåser in från flera håll i vardagsrummet och värmesystemet håller inte måttet, vilket tyvärr ledde till att vi blev sjuka under vår vistelse. Huset är inte anpassat för fyra personer och den automatiserade incheckningen var inte helt smidig, liksom utcheckningsinstruktionerna var oväntade.

Bra läge och en mysig plats. Tyvärr blev vi besvikna över de orimliga och hotfulla reglerna som hindrade oss från att njuta helt av vistelsen. Först debiterades 700 SEK för att vi skulle kunna lämna våra väskor några timmar innan incheckning, vilket vi tyckte var överdrivet. Lite innan vi anlände fick vi oväntade instruktioner om att köket skulle vara rent och ordnat och att sängarna skulle göras med kläder placerade på ett specifikt ställe (trots att vi redan betalat 60€ som städrengöringsavgift). Instruktionerna kom med en ständig varning om extra avgifter om de inte följdes exakt, vilket tyvärr gäller när bokningen inte kan avbokas.Badrummet är mycket litet och något obekvämt. Vi skulle inte välja detta boende igen.

Boendet är fint, bekvämt och rymligt, även om badrummet är mycket litet. Området är väldigt lugnt och har utmärkta kommunikationsmöjligheter samt ett gott urval av lokaler. Med tanke på att hela tillträdet till lägenheten sköts via en app, hade det varit bekvämare med en flexibel incheckningstid. Dessutom, med tanke på lägenhetens storlek, upplevde jag att städkostnaden (inklusive kravet att göra om sängen helt) var något hög. Sammantaget är det dock ett mycket bra boende.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
