Logement identique aux photos.
Très bien situé.
Calme.
Pour Stockholm très bel appartement pour le prix.
Quelques soucis à l’arrivée mais si ce problème de keybox ou lien pour une clé via une App est résolu, cela sera parfait.

Ottima la posizione dell’alloggio, casa accogliente in stile svedese. Il bagno molto piccolo. Host disponibile, gentile e reattivo. La casa un pochino fredda ma eravamo stati avvisati che il riscaldamento è condominiale e regolato centralmente. Nel complesso una buona esperienza da consigliare!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und die Wohnung wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Küche für 2 Menschen gut ausgestattet, für ein paar Tage Stockholm also ideal. Darüberhinaus war die nächste Bahnstation in 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen und in der Umgebung sehr süße Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Trotz vorheriger Warnung, dass es gerade jetzt im November kalt sein könnte, war die Wohnung leider kälter als erwartet, es zog sehr im Wohnzimmer und die Heizung wurde auch auf höchster Stufe nicht warm genug um die Wohnung aufzuheizen. Man sollte also dicke Socken, Pulli und eine kuschelige Hose im Gepäck haben.
Wir hatten aber ansonsten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und die Kommunikation mit Olof verlief reibungslos.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
