Lovely apartment in a quiet area with good public transport links. The only drawback was that the bedding was only set up for two people even though we had indicated in the booking that there were three of us. Fortunately, we managed to sort it out ourselves on site. We’d happily book again!

Nice accommodation, but the cleaning wasn’t entirely finished, especially regarding the dishes. Also, towels were missing, but this was taken care of the day after our arrival.

Overall , ok. Checkin was a bit difficult however, as the intructions to get into the apartment weren’t clear.
As for transport , it was easy to commute to town and short walking distance from the station.

Unfortunately, the accommodation was not cleaned upon check-in, and I had to wait until 9 p.m. before the issue was resolved. The property appears fresh in the photos but does not quite live up to expectations in reality. There is an unpleasant odor in both the house and the apartment, the kitchen exhaust fan is not functioning, the toilet seat is loose, the bed is unstable, and the old lock is difficult to secure, indicating that some updates are needed. Additionally, the neighbors can be quite noisy. I would not recommend this property for a longer stay, but it serves as an acceptable option for a 1-2 night overnight stay.

Perfect location with grocery stores, restaurants, and the train station all within walking distance. The balcony offers an amazing sunset view, and you can wake up to beautiful morning sunrays.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft! Viel Platz, ausreichend Stauraum und eine großartige Lage in der Nähe einer U-Bahn Station – alles war gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation war schnell und weitestgehend unkompliziert. Ein paar Verbesserungspunkte: Ein Fernseher wäre schön, ist aber auch kein Muss. In der Küche fehlte es an Geschirr und generell an Ausstattung, und kleine Lichtquellen wie Nachttischlampen haben wir auch vermisst, ansonsten war alles super! Gerade das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis hat uns überzeugt.

2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
